I was feeling good about Marine Corp. I thought that the recovery after Marine Corp went well. But, about two weeks after the race, I was struck down with a back injury. A bulging discOUCH! A hamstring has nothing on a bulging disc. I simply could not run or walk without pain. Getting back to 40 to 50 miles per week, pain free is my big goal. Anything else is frosting on the cake! A race like no other. Runninghour2015 was a great success and thanks to everyone involved in one way or another, as well as the mass participants who supported the special runners in this race.
